Stop thinking about it. IF you truely love your boyfriend, then your only destroying it by even thinking about it.

Prob not what you want to hear.. but... if you were older... in your 20's and him early 30s' then I would say.. hey it is just a number.. but you are still younge.. have so much out there.. to learn and explore.. plus you said you have a bf that you love and wouldn't leave... this guy.. 29.. not saying that is isn't sincere.. but I think he is looking for something that you shouldn't be getting into.. there is a difference in your ages' and he shouldn't be even suggesting that you and he should get together if you and your bf break up... if he is true.. he would back off.. wait till you are a few years older.. and if by then you's are still talking... single.. they hey go for it.. but for now... have fun with your bf... and tell him..( the 29 year old) that he needs to get out there and find someone more his own age.. take care.. and be safe...

Good luck to you. When I divorced at 37 I thought it would be fun to date young. So I dated 18, 19 year olds and decided that 26 was my minimum. Ended up with someone 8 years younger and we have a wonderful time. So age may not be a real barrier. With absolutely no disrespect to you I found that those under say 25 or so are still finding themself and a career. They had different priorities than I did. This made it difficult. It was fun but no long term potential. So I think if you were 26 and he 38 nobody would care. Good luck either way.

If this 29 year old wants to date you it's not for love and he's not kidding anyone but you. The only thing he wants is in your pants. Sorry to be so blunk but if he has a chance he's going to take advantage of you, so take this as a warning. It's just not normal for a 29 year old to go out with a 17 year old.

There's something wrong with a 29 year old who finds things in common with a 17-year - old. The reason your family wouldn't approve is because they feel the same way. Try dating someone your own age - he's too old for you.

I think you need to tell them and it might not be a good idea because of the age difference.

do not date this guy!
do not!
he is after your *** girl.
Trust me, at 17 you are still maturing , he knows you could be an easy target.

Don't worry about it until the time would come.
