Not legally, no. You can download a trial version of Nero, better yet there are free burning app out there like this one http://www.imgburn.com/

If you are looking for free as in beer, Nero is a commercial software. You can look for some other alternative, typical data burning can be done with windows XP itself.

well its legally wrong .... but www.phazeddl.com is a site which gives access to all software.

just make a search in that site with the keyword nero and you will get it.
