If you are looking for free as in beer, Nero is a commercial software. You can look for some other alternative, typical data burning can be done with windows XP itself.

well its legally wrong .... but www.phazeddl.com is a site which gives access to all software.
just make a search in that site with the keyword nero and you will get it.
