The DRL relay is located on the front frame rail underneath the battery area. These had lots of problems with grounds at the front and internal wire corrosion in the front ends of these cars which affected the light circuits. The corrosion is all internal and required complete replacement of every wire involved. The DRL module is located inside the cluster, I think, but for this one I am not sure. These did not cause one problem in all the cars I ever worked on.

the mod is on the right side of ur steering coulom and the relay is under the hood the fuse is left side of steering goood luck

It depends if it has onboard Security, But normally by the steering wheel (Under the dash).

not sure of a relay or switch(except maybe neutral safety switch). i have a '99 malibu and they come on when drive is selected/off in park. there is a fuse(check first), if yours do not come on.
