Has anyone found anything that helps reduce the appearance of stretchmarks?

Ask any dermatologist, they will tell you that there is nothing really on the market that will reduce the appearance of stretchmarks and so it is really just ways to spend money.
Here are three options for you:
Lose weight and eat a healthy diet, the stretch marks will fade eventually.
Use a self tanning lotion. This will cover the stretch marks and make them blend in better (but you will always look tanned)
Try products that you hear about, don't get your hopes up too much but know that it takes at least 4 weeks for your skin's appearance to change so you will have to be consistent and dedicated.

My doctor recommended Mederma after I had surgery this year. My 3 inch scar is flat now and looks good.
I know this will work on stretchmarks too.

Palmer's cocoa butter for stretchmarks. Sold at any drugstore.

Emu oil helps and Vitamin E lotion with cocoa butter, helps reduce them, they don't get rid of them. Here is a website that talks about cream for stretchmarks:

Use shea butter. Not cream made with shea butter, but actual shea butter. Its greasy, but my mother used it and she liked it alot.
