How do you know if you're cute if you're a guy? Here's the problem: a guy who is not gay or metrosexual doesn't think of himself in terms of cute. He doesn't wake up in the morning look at himself and say, "dang, I'm a cute guy!" It just doesn't happen. If a guy notices anything about other guys it's phyisical stature and that's probably because of a natural competetive instinct and not for aesthetic value.

So it seems that if you think you're cute it's because of either of two reasons: 1. girls tell you you're cute all the time so you start to believe it and/or 2. nobody has to tell you, you know you're cute.

I see a problem with both. With the first it means you'd be dealing with someone who probably gets a lot of women and probably not going to work too hard to get you or keep you. With the second it seems you'd be dealing with a guy who is vain and is probably cocky.

I don't mean to generalize. I just don't know. What do women really expect?

It's really hard to define "cute" in a guy. Just like, I bet you have trouble explaining in words what a "cute" girl is. There's not specific definition, just if he has a warm friendly smile, nice eyes and in general is a fun person to talk to, he's probably considered cute.

Don't worry too much. If you are a cool person (ie: really fun to hang around, funny, interesting, smart), then sooner or later a girl is going to become very attracted to you. Projecting confidence is not the same as being too cocky. It just shows you're comfortable w/ yourself.

Be a little aggressive, very playful, have good hygene, wear hot smelling cologne (ie: anything Axe), dress like you feel you matter, and you're prolly gonna be considered "cute" ;)

Not sure about what you're asking.

But I agree, guys that think they are cute are usually a**holes. It's the guys that are cute (and that may just be in the eyes of the beholder) who don't know it, or don't really care, who are really worth getting close to!

Most guys I know are like you said, they don't even think in terms of "cute". It's a word that females use about men or women. Guys think in terms of, 'he's buff', or 'he's a slob'.

So personally I look for guys that are attractive to me, and that may be for something insignificant to someone else, or may be obvious to the whole world. But ultimately, the guy has to have a great attitude.
