Not really. Go into your kitchen,hands on the counter top, squat down slowly, go up slowly. Do 10 times. Do every day.
For better results, pick up something heavy, like a bucket of water and HOLD it for 60 seconds. Keep your elbows bent, your knees bent, and bend over. This makes the muscles hold the weight, not your bones. With this, everything tightens up!

Definatly. If you can, walk on an incline on the treadmill or on a hill. I read that really tones the butt.

Yes they will as long as you also eat less fat in your diet. Doing some lunges help too. That combination will really prove results. Also try to walk up a hill or down one if you can, both inclines will make them shapely.
