i need help i need to lose 11 pound in 11 days what should i do? what should eat and what kind of excersises should i do? and how many time should i do it a day?

That is a lot of weight to lose so fast unless you are really overweight. Just eat healthy foods, small meals with healthy snacks, lots of cardio, lots of water. The eliptical is awesome!

Losing that much weight that fast is not healthy. Aim for 2-3 lbs a week. Spend some time finding an activity (swimming, walking, yoga, jogging, biking, whatever) that you enjoy and do that. If possible, do it with a friend or family member.

I do Pilates in my apartment and found that has worked very well for me. I also started drinking more water and eating 4-5 small meals throughout the day. Keeps my blood sugar level and my metabolism from slowing down. I keep track of my progress by seeing how my pants fit because the scale is unreliable (ex: Ill think i lost no weight when ive probably gained some muscle mass, which weighs more than fat).

Dont start with 2 hrs a day of aerobics. Youll get burned out. Tell yourself youll walk for 10 minutes every day and take the stairs instead of the elevator. Smaller goals mean less chance of quitting.

Food is the same way: start small. I started by saying I would drink a glass of water with every meal. then i gradually made more changes, like buying wheat bread instead of white and eating more fruits.

You can lose water weight pretty fast. I'm not into losing weight fast just to fit in a dress or something similar. If you're talking 11 pounds that's more a head issue than anything else. Lose the weight slowly, healthily so you can keep it off instead of aiming for immediate gratification.

Crash dieting for quick weight loss is rarely ever a good idea (unless you are extremely obese and under the care of a good physician).

Before entering an exercise program, talk to your doctor.
And this eleven pounds is probably way too fast to lose weight. Don't try to lose that fast, it could be dangerous.
If you sweat, you lose weight, but you should drink soon after.
