My twin sister looks exactly like me, blonde hair, green eyes, and we are both 5"3, and 14 (obviously). Except I am 135 pounds, and she is 82 pounds, and she thinks she is fat? I told her one thousand times that she is not fat, but she still doesn't believe me, can you guys please say if she is fat or not?

A few more pounds lost by her and she will be no more. I buried my first wife and she weighted 78 pounds.

I think you made a mistake. If she is 82 pounds I prefer her to eat. If she is 182 pounds I know for sure she is on a roll. The guys that I know love big healthy girls and 182 is healthy. I'm 126 cute and sexy and 65% of them just pass me by unless I'm with a big girl.

Not only is she not fat, she's incredibly underweight. It sounds like she has an eating disorder. If that's the case, she needs professional help. Just make sure she sees a doctor to rule out any medical problem first.

She's not fat, but her mind she seems to think so, thus when she sees herself in a mirror for instance she sees something that is not there - fat. Your sister's condition seems extreme. If she gets any skinnier it can be detrimental to her and her health. Hope that helps.

She's not fat, show her the effects of anoerxia or bullemia and the consequences she has to suffer if she keeps through that paimful spiral.
