If it really annoys you can you explain why? It annoys me when they call disasters acts of God, when they call God's book crap and when they call creation evolution. Everyone is entitled to their view. Is it that the lie that Christianity is reducing in numbers is not validated by the growing number of people thanking God that rubs you the wrong way? Better buy earplugs there is a revival coming and there will be many more...

Absolutely, this shows not only a certain disrespect for something that is a major force in our world, but also shows that the person is not even aware of her/his surrounding to care what they are saying. Same with I Love You, say it all the time, it loses it's meaning, it demeans the word. Yes, it is irritating, and I would like to ask that person "excuse me?", what did you say?
Then (because I have done this, I count how many times a person says the same thing over and over), when they look at you funny for asking, you TELL them this "I heard what you said alright, you said "Oh My God!", thirty-six times so far.
See what happens, make them aware. Or ignore them, walk away or whatever it takes, we do not need to allow another person to make us feel bad, if I want to feel bad, I can do it all by myself, I don't need help.. I have enough bad feelings to go that I can share. Hope you get my drift, and don't be afraid to speak up, it seems that this person is not paying attention to her own self much less YOU!

It annoys me when people spend inordinate amounts of time on "Religion & Spirituality" questions - as a sick ego boost - running it down ...when , realistically speaking , if they hate it so much- why not move on to another topic ?
I thank God for favors ; big or small , or just on general principal .
If that annoys you , then that's your problem . Get over it .

I'm sorry that it annoys you but I'm not going to stop being grateful or expressing my gratitude toward the Lord to please you. I'm for pleasing the One from which all blessings flow. Since I've been having this relationship with the Lord I am also able to express and feel gratitude toward other people as well. Think about it if all you have to be annoyed about is people expressing gratitude then you really ought to be grateful.

It is alot better than cursing and speaking evil. At least it is positive. You know God is very positive and He wants you to be positive and not negative. Labor is promised to them that curse and speak evil.
