Like I said before, I need to figure out the total number number of motor cycle police officers, and regualr police officers in the united states. It would be extremely helpful if anyone could tell me a way of finding this out or anything..I am in need of desperate help. Anything will be greatly appreciated! :]

Your going have a lot of trouble with getting that answer. There is no national data base with that type of information available to review. The best answer I can give you is to check the FBI web site and or have a lot of minutes on your phone and start making calls throughout the USA and ask each department what their man power is and how many motorcycle officer they have.
Just thought of something, you might try contacting the Criminal Justis department your states university, since they do a lot of criminal research, they might have an answer for you or tell you where to began looking.

I am a retired police officer and spend 11 years on a motor check with the blue kights they might have some idea.

that became really humorous! besides the actual undeniable truth that i'm not particular what the question became..... My buddy has a blouse that asserts cost tag for speeding? "what a relief i assumed you knew my license expired"+ "hurry up and write the darn cost tag the bars close in 1/2-hour" alongside with my fav "If i purchase you donuts will you enable me off with a caution?" oh and "I scent William Maxwell Aitken"
