No they tend to think in different ways...Im left handed and have noticed that I seem to have similar thinking processes as other left handers

There is no logic to that. I'm left-handed and even though I think I am smart (to an extent) I have met many right-handers who are smarter than me. Writing with a certain hand doesn't mean anything, it all has to do with your interest in learning. That is just old superstition, I hope that answers your question! =)

I don't think they are smarter, but i do think they tend to think out of the box more than most right-handers. Because, in this world where "majority rules", many things are built for right-handers, for example those chairs in the lecture halls with small table tops attached to them. Therefore, left-handers had to do things differently from most people, I think this excercises the brain somewhat!

No, but people who write with their right hand are generally left-brained, meaning they think more analytically and are considered stereotypically "smart" while those who write with their left hand are right-brained which means they are generally more artistic, good poets, painters, musicians, etc... It depends or your definition of the word "smart".

I can write with either hand. I don't think it means much in regards to intellect. It's more of a motor skills issue.

I am right handed and I am really good at music and my mom is left handed and she is really good at painting. The answer is no.
