Yes, stretching exercises do help. A rather conventional idea is jumping or skipping. Its relatively easy and doesnt consume much time. Skip/jump about an hour or two before food time. Start with about 50 or hundred before every meal (about thrice a day) and gradually increase it to about 300 or 400 over a week. Keep it up for about 6 months.I used to do 300 per session-900 jumps per day and added inches to my height. It really works if you r in ur growth spurt. Even otherwise its worth trying! Best wishes!

You have not mentioned your age. If you are above 18 it is nearly impossible to increase your height, but you should exercise to get yourself fit. At the age of age of 18 epiphyses of the long bones in the body fuses and there is no chance of growth in the long bones .If you are under 18 then try execises, play basketball and eat healthy and nutritious food.

Do exercise regularly. Play basket ball if possible. Eat more green vegetable and don't eat spicy food.

hey.....if you want to get tall...i have an exercise for you ...i have never personally tried it but i have seen many people doing it......
You have to stand on your toes and than stretch your hands up for 5 mins in the morning and than 5 in the evening and make sure that you dont do it after eating......do it regularly and this might help you........GOOD LUCK !!!!!!
