The second verse means that unless one is saved by God and become believers, then their hearts are darkened and ignorant of the truth, allowing Satan to deceive them and turn them away from God and His Word. The third verse you mention from Matthew means that, to those who have the knowledge and wisdom of God and are saved, God will increase them in the knowledge of His word and provides for them. Those who are without God and persist in their defiance against Him, then they will be further deprived of what they already have not, which is God. In short, they become reprobates, as the bible says in Romans 1:28 - 32 - And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; 29 - Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, 3 0 - Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, 31 - Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful: 32 - who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them. So, those who do not have God, then they will continue to have the word taken away from them because of their unbelief and defiance against God - they will not increase in the wisdom of God. Satan uses many methods of deceit to lure people away from the truth of God's word so they do not turn to Him. Satan deceives in many ways, even using our own sins in his favor so people will serve him instead of God: arrogance and pride, greed, lust and fleshly desires, etc.

Satan can not take the Word out of your heart anymore than I can. True, you can be greatly mislead by others (and Satan) but let's not give the devil more credit than he's worth. If one person can be damned for all eternity, then that would presuppose that the forces of evil are greater than those of the good; and that is impossible. We ARE covered over, though, by ignorance, lust, anger and greed, and it is extremely difficult to get out of these things, but it can be done, not by our own efforts but by the grace of God.

Satan cannot do anything against a true believer - his plotting is weak - this is what the Quran tells us - some religions give him so much power when in fact he is weak and God is all-powerful and all-mighty

i heard of a dog named satan, he could fetch a stick, dumb religion has caused so many problems in this world, people and their dumb ideas, get over it touch it you cant prove one single thing about religion ,of any religion for that matter...good luck on your quest for knowledge, i tried i swear i did, i went to church for 20 years, but the older i got the more common sense took over, i havent ever had any expieriences through all the prayer and countless hours at church, i researched it and foundt personally that there is infinate amounts of things that debunk the theory, human bones dating back millions of years ago, in various stages of evolution , tons of prehistoric artifacts, and dinosaurs what about them, and not anything that supports religion, not one single piece of evidence, not 1 dont get me wrong i enjoy the peacfull nature of true christians and being around them, i am not a hateful person, just a logical one, have a great evening

For those who KNOW The Truth it can not be taken from them.... satan can only deceive... but in his deceptions he can cause great harm.... the majority on mankind is deceived by satans deceptions.... satan can deceive those close to one who knows The Truth and cause them to be hurt which inturn hurts the believer...satan can deceive someone into killing a believer. this is done a lot in this world....But...
For all who come to God in The Way He prescribes and receive His free gift of Salvation... there is a knowledge of The Truth that can not be taken by satan's deceptions

If you know what you should do and yet you don't do it. then it is a sin for you. So if God had confidence in you and believed in you and you disappointed him by wrong conduct then even what you suposed you had will be taken away.
I desire obedience rather than a sacrifice. The bible says.

Satan's power is the power of misdirection and lies. His greatest trick is to convince Man that he doesnt exist. Just remain true to God and you cant go wrong.
God is light and Knowledge. Satan is darkness and lies.

the word is a word until you know
what it means
for it is in the meaning of the word
that kills what it is.
