Well I think you can name her anything you want. I have a female cat and we named her Ella after a character in a book the book "Ella Enchanted". Anyways if you like traditional cat names like fluffy, oreo, cutie, etc. than go with that. Or a goddess name is nice. I 'd say pick a few names that you think suit her ( personality or the way she looks) and say them to her and see if she reacts positivly to any of them,(purrs or looks at you). Maybe she will Maybe she won't. If not though I'd say just go with the one you think sounds right for her.

Depends on the color or personality. I have a long haired black female cat that I named Midnight due to her dark color. I had another female I sadly had to get rid of that was named crybaby due to the cat meowing constantly. What color is the cat anyway?

The best names come from inspirations. Do you have a favorite book, movie, song, etc? Maybe Cecilia is your favorite song, or Gone With The Wind is your favorite novel (with Scarlet as the cat's name)...
GOOD LUCK! :) And even have fun with it by giving your cat a nickname! :) I call my puppy "Little Laci Lou" (even though she's a gal)! :)

My cats a female - Shes black and white - I named her Angel - thats about all I got. If it's an all black cat try Blacky or Pepper - If its and all white cat try Sugar - salt is no good - salt is bitter and has a stingy after-taste when eaten alone.

If I ever get a female cat (I've had two males), I'd name her after the Egyptian cat goddess, Bastet.
