no it isnt into a table, i REALLY dont want to have to highlight and delete over 1000 of these manually

because that would consime more time, highlighting, copying, switching documents, then pasting takes longer than hilight, delete

You don't have them in a Word table? Bummer. I've had to deal with this at work - cleaning up someone else' mess. The only thing I can think of is:

With Control+a to select all
click Table
select Convert text to table
(I hope you have each person on a separate line.)
In the dialog box, select 1 columns, "separate text at" paragraphs

Now, I would use the Table toolbar. Click View, Toolbars, Table.
- click the button on the left that looks like it has a pencil on it
- you will get a pencil tool
- go to the end of the line of data and draw a vertical line -- this will split the table into two columns
- select the e-mail address and drag it to the empty column

You will have to do this one by one.
You have my sympathy.
Been there, done that.

Not in an easy way, no, not without more trouble than doing it with the delete button. Sorry.
Why not just copy the email addresses and paste them to a new Word document?

Is it in a table? Select columns one by one and delete them.
