talk to her if things go well after talking a few times and she seems interested in you, like calls you, or finds you to say hey then ask her out, if not forget about her

well if she likes you back, then it could happen..
if she doesn't just try and get to know her. if she doesn't care about dating a guy 1 year younger than thats great, if she does, maybe you should move on.
