Judges fees?

My asawa went into Manila City Hall and got two different prices from judges for marrying us there. One was 9000 and one was 5000 php..

What is the real price...as this is impossible as these guys would make 2.5 million pesos a week... NO WAY

I am not sure how much all that is- either way....

in america its around 100 bucks....
