it won't belch it'll tell u when it's full
it can have thousands of songs don't wory

You could go to defrag your hard drive. That will tell you. I can't remember the other ways.
(The limiting factor should be your hard drive space. I think itunes can handle unlimited songs).

it really depends on how much memory your computer has. unless ur wondering how much space is left on the ipod, in that case you should look in your ipod to see how much more space it can hold.
