Does anyone know of ANYTHING that is free that I could get to resize images to a certain inch, and print AT THAT INCH?

I have a photo that I want to fit a CD case, the case is 4.75 IN. Square, and I can get it to 4.75 inches high, but not 4.75 IN high...need some help here. I got it to be 4.75 inches square, but when I go to print it, it prints something ENTIRELY different from the dimensions that I plugged in

Download the GIMP. It is a free, open source image editing program, similar to adobe photoshop, but I think that it actually works better than photoshop. To download it, and the runtime required to install it, visit gimp.org

Photo Editor works too. You can do a search for it on the web.

Another simple solution is to use Microsoft Powerpoint if you have M-Soft Office installed. You can resize the picture to anything you want, put many pictures and arrange them on the slide to fit in so that you do not waste photo paper, etc.
