Dear Fraxinus, No he cant, simply put, God is infinite in nature, if he did something outside of his nature then he wouldnt be God, therefore, God cannot do anything outside of his infinite nature because if he did, his nature would be comprimised and he would cease to be God. Rather, the important question is what is God, and what has he done for me?

The Word makes it clear, God is the infinte and Holy creator of the whole universe, he placed the planets in the sky and lit the stars andnoted the name of each and every being dwelling on the earth. God and Man became seperated from God by sin. The BIble says sin is transgression of the law (Ten Commandments). in other words, if you have lied, stolen looked with lust, used Gods name in vain or coveted, you have broken Gods Law, your are an enemy of God through your wicked works and he must punish you and seperate and inprison you, Gods prison is Hell. The good news is that God has done something for you, so that you can be restored to a right relationship to him, and dwell with him in heaven. Jesus was sent and suffered and died on the cross for your sins, you broke the law, and Jesus suffered and died for every time you told a lie or sotle or blasphemed. Jesus himself took the penalty for you, even though he was innocent. The Word states that in order to be saved you must repent (turn from sin) and place your fulltrust in jesus, if you wil do this God will forgive you and grant you the gift of everlasting life.
God Bless

God can do anything that makes sense or is logical. What you are asking is a categorical error. A rock is a finite, limited thing. For God to make it too heavy for Him to lift He would have to make a rock of infinite proportions, since a rock the size of the entire universe would still be liftable to God. But He can't make a rock of infinite size, for a rock by it's essence is defined by properties that include size. It would seize to be a rock if it was of infinite size.

So the question is really a contradiction. So essentially your asking if a perfect God can do an illogical, imperfect, contradictory thing. I think that by His nature He can do anything that is possible or makes sense.

God gave us, man dominion over the earth, therefore he can't do nothing on earth without the use of a vessel, someone praying etc. I havn't studied enough but I would assume that mountain couldn't be moved unless somone prayed God would do that and then he could. That's part of his law so he won't break it

God cannot do something against His own Nature or against His own Will. That's a matter of definition.

Your question refers to a very famous misconception of the metaphysical concept of "omnipotence".
