i phoned guarentee place and they told me to clean it but its not worked please help

pardon? cant here you love. It isn't the hard drive but the fan that cools it. Mine is the same and it gets on my nerves. Clean the vents and get someone , if you cant do it yourself to take the casing off and give it a good blow or vacuum. I just couldnt bother but then I lost 3 pc's by being lazy. Thats all it wants love it not the hard drive just fan. Pardon what you say lol,

It might be the fan. Try banging it. A new PC should not need a replacement fan but if it does they are cheap and easy to replace.
The fan is essential, without it your motherboard will burn up and your PC will be destroyed.

erm is it tru this question is in the general conditions isle? lol ur pc is sick. feed it a good old floppydisk for a week and that will do.
