sure why not. then the killers will kill off the illegals that got into this country under false papers. they need to be made to pay to be here like any other immigrant has.

Illegals should be shot at the border when trying to cross, they are thieves, degenerates, low lives, thugs, killers, rapists, criminals! OUR border towns are horrible slums, people live in fear there, because of the illegal criminals and the feared "Los Zetas", the backbone of the Mexican drug lords. Also the illegal *censored* bring in TB, face parasites, plague, and much much more, I looked all of this up, I know. They have stolen so much money from the U.S. that this country is going to be JUST LIKE MEXICO if the stupid politically correct dopes don't stop sitting on their FAT butts and do something about the illegal pestilence. I salute the Minutemen for doing what the politicians won't allow the Border Patrol to do.

Good argument. Rhetorical question: Why didn't I think of this?
When criminals commit a crime, they serve their time then resume their place in society. Since, immigration is not a violent crime then the sentence would be shorter than waiting for a green card.
Also, law has something called the statute of limitations. So, after how many years does an immigrant cease to be a criminal?

The illegals steal billions of dollars from American taxpayers each year via job theft and identity theft. They should not get amnesty. If I am hungry and unemployed and break into a business and rob the place will I get amnesty? I was just trying to get a better life for me and my family.

NO! I don't think the illegals should be given amnesty but referred to the right sources for propers papers to be filed for them

Of course not, and keep one thing in mind, "if" this amnesty thing goes though, there will be a screening process and if someone is dumb enought to apply for amnesty and have a criminal record here or in their country, they will be charged and or deported.

Illegals should be deported. Just because they got here ILLEGALLY, they get free stuff, while my parents work their you-knows off for all their lives to put me and my sister through college. That is wrong.

I think we should make it fair I think we should pardoned nonviolent criminals. why should we give illegals aminesty none that I can think of we need to make it fair.

I think being a criminal is different then being an illegal alien, even though they're both crimes. The first one did something that hurt someone, the second one could be just trying to provide a better life for their children. Of course, I know there are exceptions to both.
