My poor chicken is frying - coated and everything - when I turned it - it started bleeding. I cleaned them and everything!!! Did I do something wrong? Will the cooked bleeding be bad to eat?

No, nothing is wrong. The bleeding is okay, it's just probably one of those chickens that are special, lol. It won't hurt you, you can still eat it.

I've had chicken pieces bleed when I was frying them too. I just turned the stove down a bit, so I wouldn't burn them, and made sure they were cooked thru. If its bleeding, then it surely isn't done.....if the juices are clear, it is. Good luck!

you did nothing wrong remember that chicken was once a living animal and had blood pumping thru it's body. no amount of soaking or cleaning can remove it all.. when you cook, bake or fry it how ever you choose that will get rid of the blood... this is how you tell when it's done and ready to eat... when you think it's done poke thru a thick piece with a fork..if blood comes out ..it's not done ...if clear "juices " run out well then it's done and NO more blood remains...

Soak the chicken in lightly salted water before cooking. This draws some of the blood out. Be sure to pat dry before using

It just means the chicken is really fresh, usually when you buy chicken from a grocery store, it comes to them frozen(chicken spoils fast), you bought a fresh, never frozen chicken, the blood will evoporate while cooking, in fact that is how you will know it's fully cooked, (when there are no red juices left)

First did you par-boil it? Usually boil it first for 15-20 min. cool then prep then fry . Just keep frying it till not bloody at bone level

I stay faraway from fowl legs (they bleed). in case you like them carry water to boiling factor, submerge legs and enable the boiling bypass on for 5 minutes, than pull them out. with a bit of luck they are going to bleed minimum (if) drain them till now frying. i do no longer think of the cooked blood will make you ill in case you're use to. i like fowl so i exploit boneless breast and that i fillet the fowl, next upload clean lime juice, season with Goya Adobo with comino. next enable it seat for 15 min. and pan fry (use butter or olive oil). It flavor scrumptious. in case you marinated in one day it somewhat is going to flavor much greater useful. As an element dish i steam frozen combination vegetables. for my section you may consume what seems enormously and flavor good. undergo in suggestions here: in case you're to cook dinner a clean fowl or turkey as quickly as feathers are out you may submerge fowl in a bucket with ice-cubes so as that all of the blood comes out. (could do it quite a few circumstances till all blood is out)
