alright.. this may sound weird or not. I have been falling for this guy for the past 3 months and people tell me that hes been doing the same but when the chance comes up to talk about starting a relationship he looses his interest. I know that he would like to be in a relationship with me, but he also doesn't want to loose me as a friend. What can I do to show him that he can have me but still be a friend also?

AHH!!! There are so many great answers but I also have another problem... I'm very very shy.. especially around him! I don't know how I would get the nerve to talk to him as my normal self.. I've known him for a while now but I just feel different and act differnet around him, but no matter how hard I try .... Even if I try to be myself it just shuts me up, I can't talk to him. I know it seems weird, but I'm just really shy... what can I do?

I married my best friend. We had been friends for 5 years. He was worried about the same thing. I told him that it was too late because I already had those feelings and we could never go back to the way we were. When he still did budge, I made myself sparse. He missed me so bad that he came running back to me. We married six months later.

i can totally understand how weird it would be. but, ask him out. this is certaintly a way of being more of a "friend", but this wayy you guys can be best friends, instead.. and also have a relationship.. sorry if it sounds confusing to you, but just try it and hope for the best. good luck and hope my advice could help:)

well from a male's standpoint, i almost missed the love of my life by being to shy to speak my mind. i knew i liked my wife the 1st time i met her but was to shy to make a move, so she did ! we were invited to a party by two different people she was at one end of the and i at the other. by the end of the nite she had moved up next to me asked to dance, and we did for the rest of the party. so find out what he likes to do and invite him out to do it ! ( just you & him ) then just talk and the rest will come.

Just have a heart to heart talk with him. Communication is the key to any relationship. Go from there. Best of luck to you.

If a guy really, truly likes you, he'll make a move. The only information you have that he likes you is through third-parties. Don't waste your time on someone who doesn't waste his time on you.
