How do you set up 2 VCR's to duplicate a VHS tape?

I want to make a copy of a VHS tape, but i dont know how to set up the equipment or how to do it. Thanks for any help

Put the video and audio out from one vcr (source) and into the other vcr (destination). Put the blank tape into the one one the video is going INTO (destination). Press record on that one (destination) and play on the other one (source).

You may need to set the destination to channel 3.
