my dog humped a neighbor boy and im being sued am i facing futere jail tyme?

No, the jails are FULL of REAL criminals. You will not see jail time unless you encouraged the dog to do it. At MOST a fine. You wont loose your dog either. Someone just wants to pay for the over spending they did at Christmas.

Most likely a fine, and possibly loss of your dog. Its a good idea to carry at least a minimal amount of Liability insurance on your home owners policy for incidents like this.
Be sure your dog is vaccinated and lincensed .. this would probably help in keeping possession of your dog.
But, no guarantees. Different states have different policies.
