My Weimaraner is just fine. Just keep him/her bathed and brushed. That is not a big deal, they have such short hair. They should be inside dogs. They are better inside than out. They love people and want to be a part of the family. Mine stays outside while I am at work and comes in when I get home. They need to be walked to get rid of excess energy, but so does every dog.

keep him clean and bathe him regularly...you shouldn't have any troubles...
