He was on his way to the flower shop, to buy you a dozen roses, no doubt, when he fell down the stairs of his stoop. He rolled into the street and was bearley missed from the garbage truck's front tire. He leaped up and ran down the street, heart pumping, when he ran into his ex girlfriend. She berated him in front of her new boyfriend and he moved on. He finally arrived at the flower shop, which was now closed and he slunk to the ground and thought how better off he would have been if he hadn't;t left the house today. Then he noticed a batch of flowers poking out from the dumpster besides the shop. He leaped in a retrieved the day old flowers. He dusted himself off and when he looked up, there stood the city police. Dumpster diving is illegal in the city and he was given the riot act. He told the officers that the flowers were for this great girl and they agreed to let him go, without the flowers. He decided to go home and relax after this long day. When he came in the door, he laid on the couch and when he reached over to call you he discovered that his phone was missing.

He forgot, He was busy, he's not interested, he's too afraid that you don't like hiim, there could be very many reasons. If you have his number call him and find out. That would be your best bet.
