No. It is highly uncivilized to spit on people or in public in general. Learn some manners, and stay in your country. Make no attempt to broaden your horizons by visiting other countries. We wouldn't want to be a foreigner there, now would we?

No so far I've been able to refrain from spitting on any stranger. Why would I? I did spit on ex husband once. That was wrong too.
