It depends on how far along in her pregnancy when she was murderd. Women don't have abortions at the 8 or nine month mark, but if they are murdered at 8 or 9 months along in their pregnancy I would consider it a double homicide. And I cannot stand pro life preachers. I would like to see YOU adopt all of the unwanted "babies" that would be saved if aborotion became illegal!!!!! I think that a women has every right to choose.

It's not considered a double homicide unless the child was viable outside the womb. The criminal courts operate under the same laws as the abortion doctors do. It's illegal to abort a fetus past a certain date and that is also the date in the pregnancy at which if the woman were to be killed it would have been a double homocide. Don't rant about things who aren't truly educated about.

JUDGE NOT LEST YE BE JUDGED.
You really should get facts together before you open such a heated debate. Do you know the percentage of children living in poverty & single parent homes? TOO MANY!! What about child abuse issues? Dead beat dads? Welfare recipients? I won't even go into how many kids received gifts from Toys for Tots. All of it.... I understand that there are MANY ways to prevent this, but the fact is-it happens. People need to be out there pushing preventative measures more, not arguing this issue. If everyone adopted a baby or helped to financially support those children that they are arguing about I bet the argument would change. You hear much about this, but you don't hear offers to to help with the baby or to adopt it.
And the current population is approximately 300,000,000!
As far as being mature enough to care for a child if your "mature" enough to have sex..... WHOLE other topic of discussion!

Where I live it is not a double homicide when a pregnant woman is killed. A fetus has no rights under the law. So that part of your question isn't true for all places.
Two school classes are becoming larger each year because of budget cutbacks. That part of your question certainly doesn't apply to where I live either.
Three it is wrong to force a person to undergo medical treatment for the benefit of another. You can not be forced to take tests, or donate blood or an organ against your will, why should it be ok to force a woman to be pregnant, and give birth and undergo all the risks inherant in that? There are almost no risks to giving blood and yet we aren't compelled to do that, and it would save lives.

as i can agree with your point and agree that if someone is old enough to have sex then they are old enough to pay the consequences because nowadays there is no excuse for lack of protection or ignorance but your argument is not a good one. class sizes are not getting smaller and the world is completely overpopulated.
