Well first of all, I admit that I like that girl and I have been observing her for a long time, but we don't know each other.
Here are the signals that she sent out:
- Every time we met in the hallway, she's like forcing herself not to look at me. I realized that once we met in the hallway, she looked away when I caught her. In a even closer distance, she will tend to look down.
-She used to appear at the study area where I usually work during the lunch time even she has a class ( Don't ask me why, cause I know it.) And where she sit is usually a spot I can see her. More over, last week as usual I was working there and there were bunch of vacant seats included those two beside me, but without chairs. A moment later, somebody took the seat beside me and I looked up, IT WAS SHE. Questions rose up in my mind promtly, there were bunch of seats, why you have to the one beside me ?

- I got her msn last week but she never ask who I am or talk to me.
I'm sure she knew it was me because last time I added her with another account she asked me who I am and how did I get her mail but I couldn't anwser. Finally followed a blockage promtly.

Well actually we had a little talk on msn

Then ...errr she said she had to go and since that we never talk.
It seems like she isn't interested in talking wif me.

Ok-you've analyzed the signals. Now what are you going to do about it? Are you two even speaking yet? There is no reason not to, considering what you say she does.
I would advise you to chat her up and get to know her alittle bit. Then you can fish her for info to see if she has a boyfriend (most 'confusing' signals mean they already have someone, and just admiring you in a safe way-indirectly).
If she doesn't, then yes, make your move-she is waiting for you then. Why be shy about it? Why drive yourself crazy wondering? Find out. If she turns you down, it's not the end of the world. You won't be wasting your time anymore-you can focus on someone else you can really have.

Maybe she's confused.
You're a stud dude, and she's hot for you but thinks she's unworthy.
The best thing is to disarm her.
Start out by saying, "I'm embarassed to mention this, but I notice you look away when you see I'm looking at you and I'm gettin the feeling something's wrong with me?"
If when sits next to you, drop your pencil so it rolls towards her.
If nothing else, ask her what she thinks about the weather. Oh yea, and introduce yourself.

It's normal if you like someone to think they like you as well, but it's not true, the only way to find out is to stop acting like a dic-khead. If you like the girl go up and ask her for a date.
You are acting like a stalker carry on an you will scare her away.

She might be playing hard to get . Act a little disinterested and she might come to you. I think she likes you. Don't be to persistent, you might push her away. if she approaches you talk to her casually just for you to get to know each other better. This will give you time to explore if it is only a crush or something deeper. Don't be too pushy, let her come to you.

i think she likes you!! you should ask her out. the worst things she can say is no, right? it sounds weird cuz she always looked away when you looked at her. maybe she has a boyfriend but thinks your really cute and doesnt want to say anything cuz she doesnt want to give you the feeling that she likes you then hurt your feeling when you ask her out. because then you would be like"then y would she play games like that if she was gonna just hurt me?"

If you're single and not seeing anyone and you really like her why don't you introduce yourself to her and get to know her better. Go do the first move, she's making herself visible right? Go!
