I think when it is a little warmer weather, Canada would be a nice place to visit.
Otherwise, right now, I would go to Florida.

If you're planning for summer, I suggest taking a cruise on the Alaska Marine Highway from Pier 48 in Seattle up to Skagway. If you're young and fit, you can save a bundle by going deck passage. Otherwise, pay for a cabin room.Plan on stopping off and enjoying some of the small towns on the way. I suggest staying at the Skagway Inn --- ask for the room named "Alice" --- it's the bridal suite.
Take a really nice camera with a decent mixture of lenses. The scenery is awesome.
