There can b plenty of reason for that. You might b a heavy drinker, if not than a lazy fellow, if not than it might also be some vitamins deficiency. Check whether you are sleeping 6 to 7 hours a day. Lack of proper sleep also makes you weak and lazy. So what I would suggest is to go check up and talk with your doctor. He is the right person to help. And do not take tea or coffee b4 you sleep instead take a glass of warm water, this will help you get a sound sleep. Good night!

I had the same problem for several months not too long ago. I visited my doctor, thinking I had something medically awry. It turns out I wasn't drinking enough water, and my diet wasn't quite balanced. He also told me that although my regular exercise was good, too much exercise can also cause that "morning sickness" feeling.

If the problem is severe enough, I suggest you visit your doctor and ask him to give you both a physical and lifestyle exam. He/she will be able to tell from the physical if there is anything physically wrong, and will be able to recommend adjustments to your lifestyle that may help ease the morning discomfort.

I very slightly changed my diet and started exercising a little less (but still regularly), and now I don't feel nearly as awful in the morning.

i know exactly what you mean.. I have the same problem. If i were you.... I find a cup of tea tends to help but also if i stay in bed too long i feel worse so i get up and just do little things.. walk around get some freshair.. put your head out of the window if you have too... a little sugar in your tea might also help.

Are you eating properly? diet may be a factor

Maybe your blood sugar is down when you wake up? have some honey with tea or with hot water, cut down on sugar but have natural sugars in grapes, pineapples sweet fruits).
the other thing I can think of u could be dehydrated, some drink more water & keep bottle of water next to ur bed.
if you feel in a bad temper, put a program on your radio to wake you up to a cheerful station!
other than that I don't know, sorry!

Drink a glass of water with two paracetamol before you go to bed.
Take another glass of water and two more paracetamol up to bed. If you wake up in the night drink some of the water, if four hours has elapsed since you went to bed take the other paracetamol.

Before you get up, just raise yourself up slowly from the pillow and nibble a dry biscuit and sip some warm water. Then lie down again for five minutes. Then, ease yourself up slowly, concentrating on each limb as you move it - concentrate on your right leg, on your left leg, on your back, on your arms. make sure that your movements are deliberate and slow. Good luck.

i have that problem too.

i've started rinsing my mouth with a 50/50 mixture of hydrogen peroxide and water, i've actually started feeling better gradually, although the taste will make you want to get sick so if you try it, keep your nose plugged!
