How can I make it stop itching? Usually my cuts only itch when they already have a scab but this one is already itching even though its deeper and just happened last night.

keep it clean. Clean it with peroxide. Put some antibiotic ointment on it too. Sometimes itching can be a sign of infection.

The itch is cause by minor infection to the wound.It shall be gone in two days.Put some anti-bacterial ointment on the wound to prevent any septic disorders.

Itching without redness or pus drainage is a sign of healing.
Try applying pressure to the area or a cold pack it should redirect the nerve impulses so that it won't itch.

You need some anti-bacterial stuff to put on it.. Get some of that anti-bacterial ointment stuff and put it over it and let it clean it out. I forgot what it's called... It's sold everywhere, helps healing tremendously...

Try some hydrocortisone cream. It will help heal and it will help the itch.
