well just sit down and talk with him, tell him he is been mean and that what's he's doing is hurting your feelings. Well do you have a Mom if you do tell your Mom maybe if she talked with him he might stop. Or get his parents to talk with him. But also make every effort to lose some weight so that he can and will see that you can chnage. SO take a chance and go for it never know once you lose some you might like what you see in the mirror and lose more and then he won't have a leg to stand on and then make fun of him.

It's happened to me... and the fact is that he's fat too! You know you get to a certain point in your life where you make that tough decision like i did... I didn't see him for a while and he asked why and I told him it's b/c you have something against my weight... and get over it. I gained a lot in my pregnancy and he expected me to loose it after 30 days... LOL
Advice, disconnect for a while from him. He'll get the vibe on where you are coming from...
And loose weight only for yourself, your health, and happiness. :)

you don't say how big you are . Do you have a weight problem and dads tried everything to help, but you just keep pigging out. So he is yelling at you because he feels helpless as he watches his kid destroy itself.
Sometimes when we have a problem we don't want to deal with, we turn on those who try to help, blaming someone else is always easier.

He could be trying to motivate you to loose weight not realizing how hurtful he's being. Maybe you could tell him this and tell him how hurtful his comments are. Other than that, try not to listen and try not to let him kill your self-esteem. What matters most is what you think of yourself. I'm sure he has faults, maybe you should start picking on his and let him see how it feels.

those human beings do no longer sound like they are your pals in any respect. I actually have a gal chum who ought to stand to lose some pounds, yet i could in no way say something approximately her weight. I tell her that i like her the way she is, yet whilst she's unhappy with herself, i will do what i will to help her. human beings tend to %. on different persons whilst they are unhappy with their own lives. So whilst your so-referred to as friends commence picking on your weight, ask your self what they try to distract themselves from. I guess that they are in simple terms insecure approximately something (like their looks) and so as that they are picking on you to take the spot gentle off themselves.

Honey, Have you told your father how much he hurts you when he says these things to you? You should maybe talk to your mother about it and maybe she can talk to him. If it continues you should talk to someone. Maybe the school nurse,a priest or ask at school if they have counseling for you. GOOD LUCK & GOD BLESS YOU
