Do you mean force as in Star Wars, or farce as in a total hoax?

Let me try to help, or at least explain some things.

Jesus was the Son of God, Who so loved the world that He gave His life so that we may live. God sent his Son to become man, and Jesus than offerred HImself up as sacrifice to atone for the sins of man and make redpemtion and salvation possible for all people. So, God did not force His Son to suffer and die, but rather but Him in the position to have a choice between His own mortal life, and the salvation of all mankind. Jesus chose to suffer and die in order to save us.

I hope you followed that, because here is where it gets more confusing. God The Father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy Spirit are all God. This is called the Blessed Trinity, in that One True God has three aspects, that are all God. Jesus, the Son, become man by the power of the Holy Spirit, and died. He was resurrected and is now seated at the right hand of the Father. This dualism is what causes a lot of confusion in many Christian faiths, and while it is a fact of our faith, in some ways it is ok if people do not fully grasp it, because by definition, God is beyond total understanding by mankind. The idea of the Blessed Trinity is a miracle, not able to be explained adequately in mere human terms.

Hope that helped.

God allowed Jesus to suffer because Jesus took upon himself the sins of the world. His sacrifice was for all of humanity so that there is a way to become presentable without sin before a living God who is perfect. Your probably would want to go before your own father without a guilty conscience. Likewise, the thieves that hung on the crosses on either side of Jesus asked forgiveness for their sins and it was granted. Through faith and the forgiveness of sins they could have everlastin life. I never understood this when I was younger until I heard it expressed with clarity.

Jesus suffered at the hand of evil man...it wasn't good enough for us to be satisfied in the garden...even after being told what would happen if we ate of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil...Jesus was/is plan B. (We are all from Missouri...) He sacrificed (willingly) in the flesh that we might understand a lil more better. We look through a dark glass at present...But if we believe through faith in HIS son...we shall know Him even as we are known....Now don't you know he's already stated this in the Bible..and we see it happening consistently....yet and still *** Jesus Christ, God's son, the Nicest One!!!***

Have no idea what you mean by "Jesus was force"!!

As to why God, the Son, was willing to suffer ...

All we like sheep have gone astray; everyone has turned to his/her own way ... and the Lord laid on Him the iniquity of us all.

This is just because God "is so good", so Holy, so Just, so Righteous.

There was none other good enough
to pay the price of sin
Only He could unlock the gate
of heaven, and let us in.

FORCE??

you mean forced... I dont think so

thats one of the reasons the sacrifice of Jesus was greater than those of the sacrificial systems of the Old Testament which point to HIm... the sacrifices in the Old Testament had no choice or say... the bulls and lambs.. etc.. but Jesus was willing to do the Fathers will and as a sinless offering no less

Jesus suffered temporarily to gain something permanently
"...we see Jesus who for the joy endured the cross..." Hebrews
Jesus willingly laid down His life because he saw a greater eventual good in bringing glory to God and redeeming a people for Himself and He did it for the joy that would come

Read John 3:16. Its a loving provision from our heavenly Father, and no Jesus was not forced. He willingly gave his life in our behalf. Now he is a resurrected King in heaven.

Jesus is like a good father who died and left us a rich inheritance that not only frees us from the enormous debt that Adam burdened us with (imperfection hence we are all dying) but also provides enough for us to live on eternally. Jesus’ death is not simply a cancellation of past sins; it is also a wonderful provision for our future.

I know some people are calling you names but, we ask questions because we want answers so please ignore the name calling.

Jesus was God's son but He was also God in the flesh and as such He dreaded the suffering but because He loved us He did it. He was not forced. It was His choice to choose the will of God over His own natural will of the flesh. His choosing God's will is just another example of why He is perfect and God in the flesh. He was willing to suffer for our sins and He was willing to suffer that we might realize God's love and desire to reconcile with us.

Jesus was a gift. I believe he understood his destiny from the beginning and agreed to it. I don't think force was necessary for true sacrifice, do you? God is good, you have only to look around with open eyes and see the goodness he has given this world. Please, if you can't see, start a 'blessings book' where you find anything at all that is a blessing and write it down. At the end of the week, look it over and you'll see what I mean. Sometimes blessings don't appear that way at first, but you will know them in time. Bless you, dear.

Jesus was not forced, though he did ask at the end, if there was another way. See, Jesus and his father were one, and had the same desires, ultimately. God is so good, that he chose to make a way for us to get back to him, when there was no other way. He is so good, he allowed his own son to die, though he was innocent. It happened, whether or not we like it, or think it was fair to him. None of this is fair, your own life isn't "fair". However, when a free gift is offered, so you can have the true life you were meant to live, with the giver of all life, why would you refuse that? No one goes to hell with out choosing to. You choose to, by sinning, then not responding to God. In essence, spitting in the face of Jesus' sacrifice.

With christ shedding his blood for his people all throughtout all earth's history we wouldn't be free from satan and the curses that sin brought upon us and a horrible life of wickedness. No other man couldn't saved because they were infected and affected by sin so only jesus could be our great hero. Jesus is god who took on a human form and came to redeem us back to god. Jesus said if you have seen me you have seen the father. It was necessary for us.
