Could it be blocked sinuses or a blocked tear duct?

Hi AMH

This is a sign of the body you have toxins in the body. It could be your sinuses (toxic condition) and has reached another level of unacceptable waste the body is trying to rid of. This is a good thing. Almost all people take a drug and suppress the symptom and this becomes another bigger issue down the line. Eat some raw onions or garlic to kill the possible infection. Be sure to drink a gallon of water a day to rid of the toxins.

Best of health to you

If you have any eye allergies, they could be aggravated by the pillow you are using. Dust mites live in your pillow and eat dead skin and other material. They then leave poop (yes for real) in the material and INSIDE the pillow itself. This is what people with dust allergies are really allergic to usually.

First, if you have a cotton pillow, replace it every two years. The dust mite droppings and carcases build up. I heard that after two years with a cotton pillow that 10% of the weight of the pillow is dust mite feces and carcases.

If you have a feather pillow, throw it away and get a cotton or foam pillow.

Also get an allergy cover for your pillow (and mattress too). Make sure its a quality one, or it won't work well. They sell them at most major stores such as wal-mart or target.

Last thing I can think of is that you need to wash your bedding and pillowcase in HOT water EVERY WEEK.

The fact that your symptoms are worse in the morning leads me to believe it has something to do with your bed or bedroom environment.
