I Need Hair Help?

Well im looking for a new do thats managable but not complicated ... my hair is relatively thick with a dark brown color .. i wanna dye it but i dont know what colorso.. any hairstyles or suggestions for colors?

i would suggest adding red highlights to the dark brown color and having a short haircut that shows off the thinkness. a wedge in the back would probably be nice.
