Do not even try it. It is very dangerous. The bottle even says on it "corrosive." It will eat your skin and hair right off. God to the phamacy and purchase a proper hair lightener or go to tha hair dresser.

i would think you would have to dilute the bleach quite a lot. If you use it straight, you will probably fry your hair and it will fall out. I don't think the term "bleach blonde" is that simple.

no, do NOT use household bleach (clorox) to bleach your hair. If that household bleach concentrated gets on your body for 3 or 4 minutes it will eat away at your skin and very fast. You would have "burns" and may have to go to the hospital.
The other kind of bleach people keep at home is the one for scratches, and that's a super watered down version of bleach.
That kind on the other hand is not strong enough to bleach your hair to any reasonable color, it might just bring it up to red stage.
What you're looking for is something like Clairol's 20 volume standard lift "DEVELOPER" (people refer to it as bleaching your hair, but the correct term is "developer", and you can buy that in small white opaque bottles at the grocery store sometimes, but mostly at a beautician's supply house like Sally's. I would suggest you not color your hair with just straight developer, but that you use a (Clairol) color along with it. If your hair is light brown then you might be able to bleach it up to a blonde, if it is a dark brown then you will get an orange color in that case you would need to have your hair pre-bleached before putting a color on it and that would take a professional beautician to do the job for you as if you do it yourself you might cause breakage of the hair.
Bleaching usually refers to making your hair a lighter color.and Dyeing hair usually refers to when you make your hair darker.
Before using any dye you'll need to test it on the inside of your elbow or behind the ear and let it be there overnight. If you are alergic it will be red or you'll have bumps or a red spot. If that occurs do NOT dye your hair or you will have to spend money on a doctor.
To dye your hair darker, as I suggested, choose your darker Clairol color and buy the developer, mix them together as suggested on the back of the box, usually it's 1 oz of color to 1 oz of developer (you'll need a plastic bottle with a point on it, and you'll need to use rubber gloves).
Remember that once you dye your hair you'll have to keep it up every six weeks or it will look bad. You cannot successfully dye one color on top of another to get accurate results, to choose your color carefully. Take someone with you when you go to buy, also take a mirror with you or borrow one from the shelf in the supply house and look at your face up close to the swatch of hair that's the color of the dye to determine if that shade is good for you.
Remember that when you change your hair color you very well might need to change the color or shades of your wardrobe to look good with your new hair color.
Sometimes people just get one swatch of hair done to look sexy, others get their hair frosted (which is very difficult to do at home).
