I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

In order to lose weight quickly, two things must be done. First you must reduce the amount of calories that you put into your body. Then you must start to burn the energy you have stored as fat with some type of physical activity. Sounds simple because it is simple, yet few people seem to be able to put these two things into action at the same time or for a long enough period to accomplish any real weight loss!

A no Carb diet works well but you cannot cheat, and you have to eat your full 3 times a day without bingeing if you want results and what really gives a great start with shedding pounds is power walking that works like magic everyday and you will see results in an instant.
Good Luck !!!
Happy New Year!!

Eat organic foods, that way you are not depriving your body of carbs it needs for energy, but also not putting extra additives in your body that you dont need. At thirteen you might also be a little more careful with what you choose in the school cafeteria, avoid fried foods, and the surgeon general recommends a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise a day, get your heart pumping in any way for atleast 30 min a day (jumprope, running, swimming, trampopline) make it fun!

Don't drink anything but water to start with. Eat small meals durring the day rather than gorging on larg meals and most importantly, burn more calories than you take in... perhaps you need to use that IPOD you just got for christmas and take it for a walk! Good luck.

For two weeks no carbs, eat meat Chicken, beef , no pork

After two weeks, start exercising, by ring a bike, walking, going to the gym, just have no more than 22gms of carbs a day. just do something to be active if not you'll be flabby

But those first two weeks you'll see results.
