Sometimes if i lay down when I'm tired my calfs hurt. like it is a very sharp pain and I can't move it until it goes away because my leg won't move and if i try move it hurts even more. It goes away after a while. what is happeneing and how can i stop it?

sounds like a'charley horse'. If no reason not too (ie medications)try getting more potassium (ie bannanas). Also stretching calf before lying down may prevent it!

It is probably just cramping. You should get more potassium in your diet. Eat a bananna everyday and it will go away.
