It does not happen every day..maybe every other week..that is how long I have noticed it happening.

that is called a krick. it comes from sleeping on your neck the wrong way. when you turn or move in your sleep and get comfortable in the wrong postion you will get a pain in your neck. It will so go away if you massage the area in pain and move your neck around in circles.

oh, you got a stiff neck then. Never carry heavy object. If you are carrying books, all you have to do is to simply put them in a bag and carry them in front of you with your two hands. Be sure to apply baby oil on you neck every night once you get this message of mine, ok? Don't massage your neck for it is a very delicate part where your veins might break.
