Anything is possible

2006-12-27 11:50:50 · answer #1 · answered by Anonymous · 0 1

Whether I believe it or not:
Yes and No. Reason is reincarnation is pretty darn useless if you just forget everything about your past life...it's pretty much a new life then?

Whether it is because my religion says so:
No it isn't. I dont even have one. (Sorry, I like stuff that aren't made up)

Whether it is possible:
Maybe. There are many secrets and things unexplained in this world

Very tricky to answer, I thought first yes, but now with new information, I am not sure.

I thought yes because of the two spirits that came and communicated with me. Than I met this woman in NY that had this gift and said to me that the woman Spirit was my Spirit Guide, and she sense that my Spirit Guide new me from another life, and new what her name was. I went to work and mention this to my coworker, and mention what my Spirit Guides name was. My coworker said that name is Hungarian, I said wow, that I am Hungarian too. Also when I was younger I had memory of detail faces of people, and didn't know who they were, and knew that I can ride a horse like the wind, although I have never been on a horse in this life, not even a pony.

In a book I read something about what people that had memory of something, thinking it was memory from another life, is actually memory stored in our brains like records of experiences of things that either has happen to us.... or of memory of our father or mothers records that actually are also stored in our blood cells, that were passed on...... I know it sounds pretty deep. Perhaps for example.... Beagles as puppy's automatically no how to hunt for rabbits, it don't take them long to figure it out..... because it's bread into them, passes on.

So that is my dilemma, Now I need more proof on the truth, for me, anyways.

Yes I do.

As a Buddhist it is both a part of the Dharma and something on which I contemplate for a better understanding of the human condition as Buddhists believe that Death and the subsequent rebirth as a consequence of Karma is a part of the cycle of Life.

Peace from a Buddhist......

While I do not necessarily believe in God, I definitely believe in reincarnation, but not in the typical sense. When we die, we relinquish control of our bodies who's atoms eventually scatter to the 4 winds. These atoms eventually recombinate into new and exciting things. Whether they retain some level of consciousness, or memory is anyone's guess, but it is undeniable that your former self becomes something new when you die...

Not in the "I used to be Cleopatra/Joan of Ark/Queen of Scots" common thought, but yes, I do believe that the spirit moves on in another form.

Absolutely yes. My niece, when she was only barely 3 yrs old, told me a story that made me a true believer. She told me things about my Dad that she had absolutely no way of knowing or even comprehending. He passed away a few years before she was born.

No, I don't. The idea of reincarnating again and again and again is depressing to me.

No, I am a Born-Again Christian who believes that the Bible is the Word of the one and only true God. Hebrews 9:27 says, "It is appointed unto man once to die, and after that is the judgment..."
