If you are drinking a lot and peeing a lot you could be diabetic. Coldness could be an indication of low thyroid function, so go see your doctor;

your sleeping too much, i do the same thing. go to walgreens and get a supplement called mid-nite, its with the sleeping pills, what it says is, that it will help you get back to sleep if you wake up in the middle of the night ,but i take them before bed, and i wake up the next day refreshed and energized, so you could try that, the only down side is that you will have abdominal cramps for 3-4 days just in the mornings, if you dont like that idea, then you should just set an alarm clock for the same time every morning, and no matter what time you go to bed, wake up at the same time every single day, and your body will getinto a routine, and you will have more energy and not be so tired. like i said, i had the same problem so i did both of these things and have never felt better. hope i helped

Try eating healthier. Take vitamins. Depending on your age of course but there could be a hole host of possibilities.
Go to the doctors get a physical. This is the time of year when we do not have much sun, the sun has vitamins which we do not get.
It sounds as if your body is using all it has to keep the internal organs warm, not enough to get to the extremities of your body, like your feet and hands.
Good luck

Silverside hit the nail on the head. Hypothyroidism or underactive thyroid. I have it. I believe that many women walk around undiagnosed with this and it causes many problems. I had it for at least 6 years, and probably b4. Other symtoms include, dry/brittle hair and nails, weight gain or unability to lose weight, Dry, rough pale skin, Hair loss, Muscle cramps and frequent muscle aches, Constipation, Depression, Irritability, Memory loss
Abnormal menstrual cycles, and decreased libido.
Good luck with whatever this turns out being for you.

Tired, no energy...and cold??? CLASSIC symptoms of hypothyroidism, meaning your thyroid gland is not functioning properly. Go to the doctor and describe your symptoms. Chances are she or he will have your blood checked for your TSH levels.

Mono results in extreme tiredness. When I had it, I got exhausted walking from the bedroom to the living room, and slept and slept and slept. If you're not thast basd, then you probably don't have mono. If tiredness continues, check with a doctor.

maybe it is just your diet. i was eating a pretty healthy diet for a while. suddenly one day i just decided to eat fast food for the entire day. next day i felt really tired. it was much different than when i was eating healthy. i could really feel the difference. so perhaps changing to a healthier diet, and getting a little exercise will help.
