I'm planning to go into web designer ..which could be the best program to work with and studied it? and where can I find good on line tutorials..?

Probably dreamweaver, although any serious web designer hand codes their webpages.

Serious web designers rely on plain text editors with syntax highlighting for code. I use Notepad++ (http://notepad-plus.sourceforge.net/uk/site.htm ) as one of my editors.

It's a good list of links to things you can refer to. Google for XHTML, CSS to learn how to hand code.

first you must learn Html or Xhtml or Xml Or something like This Programs. if you want Lean this Programs you no needs to any of these Programs You can Build The Web Page by Html or xhtml in Notepad and save your Files in HTM or HTML files.
but if you Realy Want To use this Sofware i choos Front page For Html Sites And Dreamviewer for Fash Sites.

Hypertext Preprocessor, that's uncomplicated and my own adventure is it may adapt on your programming form. I even have myself graduated from function to popular to merchandise oriented to merchandise based. in basic terms tremendous and evolving too.
