the harder life gets. I'm 22, and I have come to realize there will be things that will never be (lost crushes), inevitable deaths, annoying dullness of life, etc. Unfixable problems.

Because there are more responsibilities as you get older. Regretfully we all face them and its totally up to you how you deal with it. Learning from past errors/mistakes and overcoming them to help you grow and learn is extremely important.

I know how hard life can be what with all the bad things going on nowadays.I just try to keep my head up by doing my job as a 23 year old and getting by just counting the things I do have.

Sometimes, bad things happen in life, but the fighting spirit I have is what keeps me going. Just make sure that you are happy even if things don't go your way, cuz you can't control people.

Im younger that you and have alot more problems in my life, and had to deal with alot more than alot of people. But there are alot of people than have had it way worse than me.This is life and it's not just me OR you that has to deal with it,its everyone.A lost crush in a sad inconvience, but not earth shaddering, and death is just a fact of life. Now yes those are unfixable problems because you have no control over them, but dullness of life?If you life is dull, only YOU can change that.My life isn't dull, because I choose to make it exciting (and I don't mean partying, but by enriching my life). You have alot to think about and some more growing up to do.

you will also begin to have things happen you didn't even know you wanted.. like the birth of your first child, the man or woman of your dreams, new friends that will be the light of your life, and you will begin to realize that although things have changed and people have passed that every day can and will be an adventure. It's what you make of it. Every day is a gift as you get older try to make wonderful memories and make atleast one person a day just a lilltle happier.. then it will be all worth it.

That's life. Welcome to the world of grownups. In between the problems there is joy and satisfaction. It doesn't always rain. The sun does shine sometimes.
You are having a bad day. Tomorrow may be a better one. Give yourself permission to wallow today. Go to bed early. A good amount of sleep will help your outlook. As you go to sleep, count your blessings and praise God. The bible says for the spirit of heaviness, put on a garment of praise.
You have MUCH to be thankful for and the enemy of life takes pleasure in your dispare.
When you wake tomorrow begin with a thank-you God for my health, strength and all the other blessings in my life. Then ask him to lift your spirits, he will.
In all your ways acknowledge God and he will direct your paths. Then commit your plans to God and he will establish them.
I am not a bible thumper, but I am a bible believer. God is not a man that he should lie. He said if we call on him in the day of trouble, he will hear us. I have been where you are many times and it took God to lift me up. He always has. Consider this a test of your faith and say like Job, "Thou he slay me, yet will I trust him." Then do that! He will see you through.

What if you don't believe some might ask? Well, then I would suggest you accept Christ as your personal savior. Then you can follow my advice! Not only will your eternal soul be spared, but you'll also be able to join me and the psalmnist who declare:
Oh taste and see that the Lord he is GOOD. Blessed is the man that trusts in him.
God Bless you.

I feel your pain! I'm 21 and feel old. I work 40 hours/ week, hardly have any free time.. plus, will be taking classes soon. Ahhhh!
well, I have a boyfriend, but there are of course, friendships that didn't work-out. What to do? I don't know what to tell you; just try to focus on the good in life and keep on moving forward. . .

At 22 you have a lot of living yet to do. You are learning though that being an adult is not all it was cracked up to be.

Welcome to being an adult. It makes you put your child hood into prespective, and makes you realize what people were saying when they said enjoy it. Don't get down about it, life is life, it will keep going with out with out you, so make the best of it while you can. :)
