..other than eating. In school, I eat a snack at break but by the time it is 5th period (before lunch) my stomach is like a storm! And when I take tests, it is so distracting to have my stomach gurgling the entire time. Any techniques on how to somehow stop this?

yup. try the Protein Plus Power Bars. you have to develop a taste for them. i prefer the peanut butter/chocolate. there is 23 g of protein. protein is what your body needs to feel full. i am not sure what the power bars are made of but i swear they stay in my stomach for 4 hours. i have timed it. 30 minutes after eating one i am not hungry again or 4 hours. i'd switch up your snack. potato chips or M&Ms won't sustain you. your stomach growls for a reason....so help it quit embarassing you by putting something more 'high octane' in it!

Try this drink called breakfast. Its kinda a substitute for a meal but it put vitamin's and nutrients in your body. It should help with the growling. And try to keep away from gasy foods in the morning.

it growls when you consider which you're hungry... you be attentive to to consume and thats what your physique is telling you to do, so end being an fool and consume... chewing gun won't tutor you how to not growl it will make issues worse. you of course do not consume adequate interior the morning

uuuuuuh bring snacks in ur class and eat in there or ask to go to the bathroom an eat it there these happens to me sometimes and if u dont wanna get caught eating wen its growling hold ur stomaach real hard and that will reduce the volume

Put some packets of crackers in your pocket. Your stomach is growling for there is nothing there for it to "work" on.
Put something little in your pocket just enough to stop the noise.
