If all your earnings is pronounced on W-2's and you have all of them on your possession, you may document your 2007 taxes if the right varieties are available for doing so. If for some reason you get carry of unreported earnings in the previous Jan a million, 2008, you may continuously document an amended return.

I support them too. But like it says they have to be used and enforced. Lot of stuff concerning illegals is just not working right. Example: Two border patrol officers stopped a suspicious van near Mexican border in CA. (I think) because the guy was driving erratic. The driver takes off running the van is full of marijuana, one officer fires at fleeing driver. but he gets away. So they conficate the van. A month later the illigal shows up again and files a suit against the border patrol claiming they shot him in the butt. The judge not only gave him his van back but the two ifficers were fired! There's a lot of those kinds of stories going around. It's rediculous! New laws are great we just need to enforce them and let the border patrol do their jobs!

First and foremost, I really believe that as United States Citizens--born and raised or naturalized, we have to decide what it is that we really want. We cannot pass laws and then cry when the very officials who are there to enforce them do just that. Ex: ICE recently raided meat plants in Colorado, Wisconsin, etc and rounded up a bunch of illegal aliens. Now, human rights groups are crying that children were left behind--now, while I feel for them--I'm a mom of two kids, their parents are still law breaking individuals. There are a lot of folks in prison with children--they should have thought about the ramifications of their actions. They take a chance and get caught so be it. They should be deported and all these human rights groups should shut up about it. Immigrate LEGALLY people--it is as simple as that. I think that the U.S. needs to quit trying to please Mexico or any other country (because Mexicans are NOT the only Illegal Immigrants---I have ties to a lot of folks in the "Homeland Security" Line of work who deal with illegal immigrants on a daily basis. ) and demand that they give their people human rights in their own country so that they don't have to flee to another one. Here in the U.S. we are so afraid of offending other nations. I think that we need to remember that charity begins at home and our own citizens deserve better than to have to take care of everyone else and their brother only to be left with nothing for ourselves and our own families.

Being a hispanic female, whose grandfathers did in fact immigrate LEGALLY from Mexico and has traveled throughout the U.S. and who has encountered racial prejudice, this whole immigration thing kind of scares me. I hope that when you go down the street you don't naturally assume that everyone that looks "Mexican" is an illegal alien. Illegal immigrants come in all shapes, colors and sizes---blonde hair, red hair, blue eyes, etc. not just black hair, and olive skin. Also, I hope that when you do think of illegal aliens you do not de-humanize them. A lot of them are just trying to make a better life for their families---I just wish they took a more legal path in doing it.

Another thing, we can not expect all these people to come over to our country and work "cheap" and then honestly believe that they will "go back home" once our schools and roads are built and our lettuce fields are picked. Invariably, some will and do chose to stay. Companies take advantage of them and then we as law-abiding citizens and taxpayers have to pay for the whole mess.

If this is true I am totally for it. We all have to provide a VALID birth cert. issued from the health dept. and a VALID SS card just to get our license where I live... why shouldn't everyone else? We all have to have a background check to work for the Gov... why shouldn't everyone else? Again I stand on the fact that they are ILLEGAL aliens NOT immigrants-- there is a huge difference and we need to do something soon.

Here in San Diego (Escondido), we have to verify that the ss card belonging to jose maria gomez hernandez garcia, doesn't really belong to Bob Smith. We also will not rent without proper credentials and documentation. Also only 4 per two bedroom. It used to be 18. Go Red, White and Blue

just in from aclose friend who lives in San Diego,he took athree day trip down to mexico before Christmas told me their building the hell out of mexico,with American money that illegals and legals are earning here and sending back to mexico,ain't that special,oh yea,news alert:mexico has the ninth largest economy in the world,poor huh?B.S. we should profile them like we did the arabs after 9/11,screw the a.c.l.u. if your legal and can prove it not a problem,don't have your papers then get on the bus gus your going back to the ninth largest economy in the world you should be able to find a job.PROTEST ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION 5/5/07 ALL ACROSS AMERICA!

I support it also, there is so much bad talk about walmart these days, but the illegal immigrants are allowed to work here and take American money and living off the government!

All of the illegals need to be deported. I have not heard of such a law though.
