Roundworms, probably. Tapeworms are super-long but break off in sections (and each section actually HAS SEX WITH ITSELF to reproduce! The section has tiny little reproductive parts and it folds itself up to have SEX with itself! Isn't that freaky?!?)
There are also hookworms, whipworms, and ringworm (not a worm--a fungal infection. But it has worm in the name.)
Apparently, it's an easy worm to get rid of--just an oral med to eradicate it. Nasty, but common.

Sounds like Pinworms. Common signs of Pinworms are itching around the anus, disturbed sleep, irritability, loss of appetite and restlessness.

The worms are the hook worms that come from raw fish. Nostoc or protococus that comes from feces as well as the tapeworms

tape worm...threadworm,,,, everyone is at risk get it from animal products ie meat ...get stuff from chemist to clear it begins with p think it mignt be pripsum oh and cut your finger nails or you'll get eggs up there and you will pass them on...
