and have healthy meals? i want to lose 15lbs. i am 4'8 and 86lbs and 13 if u were wondering

yea u can, try it. but dont over it and eat healthy, ask a doc too since ur not old enough
yet make sure ur doc can give u more tips for guys ur age mang.

Your weight sounds fine. You should just use exercise and a healthy diet just to be healthy, NOT to lose weight. If you are concerned about your weight, talk to a doctor so they can reassure you that you are not overweight. Too many teens either obsess over their weight or don't pay attention to it all. You have got to find a good medium in that.

if u eat healthy also. u dont have to run 4 miles, i'd do 2 miles. u will get sore doing 4 miles probably.

You may not lose weight because you may gain it back in muscle. It sounds like you're pretty good at the weight you're at ,though. Don't worry about it.

1 pound is 3500 calories

you dont need to loose weight. you are actually underweight. you need to gain weight. are you trying to become anorexic. if you are you need some physiatric help

you are 13 years old! stop worrying about your weight, don't do drugs, and stay in school :-)
